the Board of Supervisors passed an Ordinance requiring ALL owners of property in Lower Nazareth Twp. “…..who rents or leases any parcel of real estate, in whole or in part to any other person(s)…” to provide a list to the township secretary of all occupants in the preceding six (6) month period or face fines up to $300 per DAY.
